My friend Bridget and I took our boys to see the Imagination Movers Live at the Walton Arts Center today, it was really loud so it took Austin a little while to get used to it but they had a lot of fun! Austin and Lake ready to watch the Imagination Movers!!!

We had Austin's 4th birthday party on July 30, 2011 at ATA Martial Arts in Bentonville where I attend class.  They had a wonderful time with Mr. Power as their teacher!  Austin had a blast and was the star of the day. Learning how to punch. and kick, and do crazy drills like we do in class! Austin and the awesome Miss Ramsey! :)Obstacle course time!!  The kids loved this!! :)  And now a round of

 Telling the coaches how it is.... Austin enjoyed soccer but there was a lot of time where he just liked to hang out and chase his own shadow....  :)  Headed to the Goal.. Running with Coach Matt, or "Happy Feet" as Austin likes to call him. Austin had a BIG accident at school on Tuesday September 7, 2010.  He was skipping around his classroom and tripped and fell into a table. OUCH!!  We thought he had only busted his lip and knocked one tooth loose which is bad enough as it is.  Turns out he did some pretty serious damage, we ended up having to go to the dentist and an oral surgeon that afternoon. My little soccer player!!  Today was Austin's first soccer game, his team is the Blue Sharks.  He was so tired because he did not have a nap but he came through in the end and scored two goals for his team!!  It was so fun to watch!!!His team getting ready to play. Austin's 3rd birthday was July 27, 2010.  Since this fell on Tuesday and Shane had to close at work we had a little party for him Monday night.  He was so surprised when he got home, Shane had decorated teh living room for him and had some gifts set out for him.  He had lots of fun and really enjoyed his cookie cake!!

We went on vacation with my sister and stepmom to Islamorada, FL this month and this is the condo we stayed in.  This place was AMAZING!!!! Austin got to spend some time with his PaPaw on Friday and they had lots of fun.  Of all the things in the world to play with, this time he chose a spray bottle that my dad waters his plants with.  They took turns spraying each other and Austin thought it was absolutely hilarious!!!

Olly is the newest member of our family.  She is 2 years old and is a wonderful dog.  Austin loves having her at the house and as you can see above loves to play in her kennel.  She is very active and loves to play.  We were very lucky to find her!!  Thanks to the Mullikin Family for allowing us to get her!

Finally, here are some pictures from one of our recent trips to Jump Zone.  It is this great place in Bentonville with all these inflatable slides and bounce houses.  Austin loves it.  Some of the slides are really steep and kinda hard to climb but he has no fear and just goes right to it(as you can see above :))

We have been working really hard at potty training and Austin is doing so well.  He is now wearing "big boy underwear" all day during the day.  He has done great and we are really proud of him.  We are almost to the point where he will be able to wear them at night too!!  It is so exciting!!  No more diapers.  Nana got him some Thomas the Train underwear and he is so proud of them!!!!

Austin hadn't really showed a lot of interest in legos or mega blocks until recently so we went out and bought a big set for him.  This is a picture of our first big creation.  We had to make sure that his cars and trains could drive around it and had a garage to park in.

We were at my Dad's house visiting when Nana came up with the idea to build Austin a fort out of some sheets and the dining room table and chairs.  Of course, Mommy had to go in, and the dog, and all the toys he could fit in there.  He had so much fun climing in and out of it.

Austin is growing so fast. We have been working on potty training and he is doing so well. We are so proud of him. He is learning so much, he can almost sing along with the alphabet all the way through, he can count to 5, and knows most of his shapes and colors. He is so smart!!! Wonder where he got that from!! HA!

At 11 months he was 27 lbs. 7 oz. and 30 1/4 inches long. Loves fruit and got to learn how to eat corn on the cob thanks to his Papa. At 8 months it was Easter and Aunt Dona got him an adorable outfit to wear. Austin was 24 lbs. and 28.5 inches long at this time. He loves to spend time with his Nanny and Papa as you can see below. He was pulling himself up to standing and walking himself along the table then. He was teething so he was chewing on EVERYTHING!!! Along with mama and dada he was starting to say duck!!

In these pictures you will see Austin and Mathilda Rose(Tildie). She was born 3 days before Austin and they spent a lot of time together during their first year. At 5 months it was Christmas time and Austin was up to 20 lbs. and 27 inches long. He was still a little too young to know what was going on at Christmas but we had a blast with the family and got some really good pictures. By this time he was crawiling some and sitting up with little assistance. Of course DADA was his first word and this was about the time he started saying it.
